Our
Story
Mary Maki immigrated from Ireland at the age of 19, where she soon met her future husband, Paul Maki. Mary and Paul relocated to North Carolina and have owned multiple businesses together over the years. Currently they own Porch Concepts of Wilmington, a haven for lovers of outdoor living. Porch Concepts carries outdoor and sunroom furniture, among other home decor items, and Irish food! While outdoor furniture and Irish goods aren't a typical pairing, we sure do love being able to bring a taste of Ireland to the Cape Fear coast . . . and Mary loves having her favorite snacks near!
